There is enough here to satisfy anyone’s taste for something different and new and don’t be surprised if the kids ask for a veggie sandwich too!

Vegetarian Sandwich Menu

Green Earth Grilled Cheese: pesto, spinach, avocado, goat cheese, and mozzarella on organic multigrain bread.
Make it vegan (V) by asking for our house-made pesto and queso cheese.

Sundried Grilled Cheese: pesto, sundried tomato, sunflower seeds, mozzarella on organic multigrain bread.
Make it vegan (V) by asking for our house-made pesto and queso cheese.

Kiddie Grilled Cheese: cheddar, mozzarella on organic multigrain bread.
Make it vegan (V) by asking for our house-made queso cheese.

Earthy Egg Beeter: hard boiled egg, beet, red onion, and horseradish dill yogurt sauce on marbled rye bread.

Grilled Portobello Mushroom: Portobello mushroom, goat cheese, garlic, rosemary yogurt sauce, spinach, mozzarella on multigrain ciabatta.

Caprese Panini: tomato, pesto, and mozzarella on organic bread.

Grilled Veggie: red pepper, zucchini, mushroom, red onion, spinach, goat cheese on a multigrain ciabatta.

Breakfast Wrap: hard boiled egg, grilled veggies (pepper, zucchini, onion, portobello mushrooms), spinach, cheddar cheese and feta.

Hummus Wrap (V): house-made hummus, cucumber, tomato, spinach, avocado, marinated onion, sunflower seeds in organic tortilla.

Vegan Breakfast Burrito (V): sweet potato, black bean, rice, salsa-chi, tofu scramble, avocado lime sauce in organic tortilla.

Lentil Burger (V): house-made patty from oats, flax seed, lentils, chickpeas, jalapeno, chili powder, carrot served on a toasted bun topped with marinated onion, cucumber, microgreens, chutney and avocado-lime sauce.

Mushroom Burger (V): house-made patty from gluten free oats, portobello mushrooms, black beans, parsley, garlic, onion, pepper, carrot, flax and spices served on a toasted whole wheat bun topped with tomato, marinated onion, microgreens and avocado-lime sauce.

All sandwiches can be made on locally made Gluten Free bread (contains eggs) for an additional cost. Just ask!
