Carrots are extremely nutritious and rich in vitamins A, B and C, iron, calcium, potassium and sodium. Their antioxidant properties come from carotenoids (including beta-carotene), which have been shown to cut cancer risk, protect against arterial and cardiac disease, and lower blood cholesterol. Carrots enhance mental function and decrease the risk of cataracts and macular degeneration.

Chili Pepper
Chiles are hot peppers that contain the active element capsaicin. they are high in vitamin A and contain some vitamin C, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus and potassium. chile peppers help people with bronchitis and related problems by irritating the bronchial tubes and sinuses, causing the secretion of fluid that thins the constricting mucus and helps move it out of the body. Capsaicin  also blocks pain messages from the brain, making an effective pain reliever. In addition, it also helps prevent heart attacks (if taken on a consistent basis), as it has clot dissolving properties.
